PHYSICAL CONDITIONS, REHABILITATION

Whatever your physical conditions; scoliosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc., we can modify and select the proper exercises to benefit your situation.

Once cleared by your Physician and/or Physical Therapist one can begin Pilates.

You will be given specific exercises for the improvement of your injury towards total rehabilitation.
